How long does shipping take?
Shipping for orders of 20 journals or less are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. This means that for most of the US, shipping will take 2 to 5 business days.
Orders are shipped out 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. (Sometimes orders are also shipped on Saturdays)
What should I do if my journal(s) doesn't arrive in 7 business days?
If you do not receive your journal(s) after 7 business days from your order being placed, please contact us so that we can check the tracking info and if necessary get another package sent out.
When your order is shipped, you should receive an email containing the tracking information. If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder.

Is there a digital version available?
A digital version of the Sales Journal is being tested as of June 2018 and should be available for public testing shortly.
Is customization available?
We are able to customize covers for the Sales Journal with your company colors and/or logo. The minimum order for customized runs is 40 journals. There is no fee for customization. Custom journals will not have the elastic or bookmark that the standard versions have.
My Journal looks different than the pictures or is not what I expected. What can I do?
If your Journal(s) do not meet expectations please use the contact form so we can solve the issue and get you a refund if necessary.
If your Journal(s) look different than the pictures on the site it is possible there was a shipping error and we will send you the correct copy right away if you contact us and let us know.
